Easy and Delicious
Sausage and Veggie Burritos with Caramelized Onions
4cups sausage (season with cinnamon, ginger, salt, pepper)
2 cups chopped veggies of your choice
1 onion diced
2tblsps sugar
Plain yogurt
Salsa
Cheese
Sautee sausage with spices above until fully cooked, drain and set aside. Sautee onion in light oil over medium heat until light yellow, then sprinkle the sugar evenly over until it dissolves, sautee for 5-10 minutes until golden add in cooked sausage and vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender. Serve on a tortilla or over a bed of lettuce using the yogurt in place of the sour cream. Add salsa and cheese to taste. Enjoy!

Fabulously Fruity Protein Smoothie
The smell of an orchard as you remove the top from the blender
Feel the passion of the berries mingling with your body's needs
Become one with a frothy fruity wonderland
1/4 cup ice
1/4 cup fresh or frozen fruit
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of your choice
1 small package Vitamin C supplement raspberry flavored (orange works as well)
1/2 cup kefir (fresh or flavored- I prefer the Lifeway Kefir either blueberry or strawberry)
Blend and enjoy!
